Discovering and Rediscovering - Bolinao, Pangasinan, Philippines

I promised myself that 2017 will not be a rediscover period, what that means is that I have to visit new places and not go back to destinations that I have already visited.

But as promises are meant to be broken, I found myself in a van yesterday going to Bolinao for the nth time. As we were travelling, I was telling myself that Bolinao Falls does not fit in the rediscover category because I've never been there. And so the adventure begun.

First stop --- Bolinao Falls 1. If you're tired of the beach and wants to try swimming in calm water for a change, I suggest going to this place. I took pleasure in watching my friends enjoy the clear water and play with the bamboo raft. Cliff diving is allowed but you have to do this at your own risk since there is no life guard in the area. I wish our government jumps in and preserve this area as its not as clean as I would like it to be.

Next Stop -- Patar Beach. This place has become a popular travel destination because the place never loses its magic. Although the place has become crowded, the scene is still mesmerizing, the water is still clear and visitors can still swim with the fishes.
