Good morning dear friends, today I am going to visit a very sacred temple in my area, its twenty kilometres away from my home.
Early morning we started our little journey of thirty minutes by my bike. This temple is situated at Buxar, Unnao In Uttar Pradesh India. This temple is very sacred and famous among the Hindu community, on special occasions, there is a crowd of thousands of people can be witness and this place is also very famous for it's big fair.
Friends The Ma Chandrika Temple is situated at the bank of the River Ganges and sacred river floats just south to the temple and we assume that Mother Ganges, want to touch and wash the feet of the Mother Chandrika Devi. Friends this place is a very beautiful picnic spot as this is situated in the naturally rich and green phenomenon and you can spend hours there, in the lap of mother Ganges and natural beauty.
Friends this place is very famous for its sweet Gujhiya a delicious dish made of sugar, milk khoya and dry fruits. This is very famous sweet and if I am correct this sweet is originally made here in India only and somewhere this is copied by some peoples but the taste and quality never copied. I am going to show you the process of making this sweet dish so you can assume how difficult is making this dish.
