A Pretty Tree All Alone!
So the Old Guy is still on vacation, but there is no way I was going to miss out on Tree Tuesday!
Isn't this a super tree. The sun had almost went all the way down when I happened on this beauty!
I was so happy about this surprising find, I had to do a video lol.
So I am having a wonderful time and am so pleased to get away after so many years! I am taking loads of pics and will have some funny stories to tell!

A crepe myrtle perhaps? They are prolific from Delaware, Virginia, and Maryland down to Florida in the States. I had some in Texas too, so they go over to the West nicely. In my opinion, one of the prettiest trees to adorn the summer landscape around here.
The flowers last forever and the white ones have a canopy shape. Nice specimen.

I should take a picture of the size of those of trees around here. They grow gargantuan. Alas, I do not know its name. When they drop their blooms it is like a little fall.
