My #treetuesday entry for @old-guy-photos challenge comes from the paradisiacal gardens of the Simon Bolivar University, down in Valle de Sartenejas, Venezuela.
Its huge biodiversity and multicolor landscapes make of them an ideal scape from the huge amounts of study and science research carried out at the campus.
Although financial problems have striken the campus, its abundant green spaces have remained as a source of peace and hope for the campus community as much as its trees provide shadow and comfort for those who seek some time away from academic hustle.
Among many of the trees secret stories are hidden, describing the times of the campus past owners through the years and the idyllic moments that are lived in front of them every afternoon when lectures are over.
