TreeTuesday - Sunrise, Senyati Safari Camp, Botswana

in treetuesday •  7 years ago

This sunrise picture was taken from the deck overlooking the watering hole at Senyati Safari Camp, which is located just outside of Kasane, Botswana. As Ive stated in previous posts, sunrises and sunsets are my favorite images of nature to capture. I hope you enjoy this shot from that serene morning in May of 2016. Thanks for your interest!20160511_064519.jpg

I also really like the scenery as you post, where there is peace when watching the sunrise and sunset. Especially when the sun sets we see from the beach. Whether you think you can give a photo of sunset on the beach @portcityhooligan

Absolutely! I posted one of the beach earlier today. I believe it was under the colorchallenge tuesdayorange tag and its on my profile. I have more of these, so be sure to follow if you appreciate the peaceful sunsets, I have many to share!

This is my absolute favorite place in the world <3 I remember sitting here many evenings enjoying Black Label beers and watching the wildlife. I have quite a great story about this spot that I will make a blog post on :) In case you didn't know, the raised point in the background that looks like a straight line all the way across, is actually the Zimbabwean border!
