what is more beneficial- CRYPTO TRADING or CRYPTO MINING ?

Hello Guys,
I have noticed that the person who know crypto currency- he or she is involved either in Crypto Trading or Crypto Mining- Only few people are interested to hoard the digital currency for life long purpose.
But the main question is that what is more beneficial- Crypto Currency Trading or Mining?

Today I want to discuss with you about this through my 5 years experience in crypto currency industry.I have observed that the people who do trading in crypto currency he often makes his wallet small smaller and finally disappear, Because while trading there are lot of important rules are which must be kept in to mind.

1. Quality coin: Before trading you must buy only quality coin having wonderful fundamental because sometime it is seen that some trader are trapped into sudden spike in unknown coins and they are caught for long time.
2. Only trade into heavy volume coin-avoid less volume with big jobbing coin.
3. Sometime when sudden fall in the coin is happen then avoid buying until stabilize the price of the coin.
   

Crypto mining is a process of intellectual people and it demands some basic knowledge of technical. it is found that many people starts crypto mining but they leave the task in between as they cant handle the process by technically and sometime by economically.
So it is advisable that NEITHER TRADE IN CRYPTO CURRENCY AND MINING -
