I am posting a difficult proximal tibia fracture after an an accidental fall from scooter came to us,
Patient is a 50 yrs old female no comorbids with proximal tibia fracture, radiologically evaluated with xrays and ct scan and planned for surgical fixation..
She underwent open reduction and internal fixation with posteromedial buttress plate and articular reconstruction and lateral condylar plate...
