you can remove it and remove all your upvotes because it doesnt do anything beside taking your power and keeping it low ... and in your wallet transfer all to steem power .. i am new here too and made many mistakes already ... i would upvotes all i could without realising and had to unvote all to get back some " fire " and it takes a long time , unless we put a lot of money into the system ..
