The 4th Reich? American Courts FORCE CONFESSIONS by TORTURE Now ...

You have probably heard of the Milgram Experiment....

BUT ITS ACTUALLY HAPPENING TODAY, IN COURTROOMS IN AMERICA - WITH LIVE VOLTAGE ORDERED BY THIS JUDGE

Milgram conducted a study at Yale in an attempt to try and justify how brainwashed people would willingly assist in genocide against their fellow humans, in 1963 - and as a result of the Nazi activities.

"Stark authority was pitted against the subjects’ [participants’] strongest moral imperatives against hurting others, and, with the subjects’ [participants’] ears ringing with the screams of the victims, authority won more often than not."

Many people are unaware of the true evil of the criminal injustice system, or why its even that way.
Former PA Congressional Candidate and Attorney Andrew J. Ostrowski offers an excellent explanation

And, Jordan Maxwell is a world-renowned expert on why instead of Common Law, as per the constitution - we have been subject to Admiralty Law instead.
Speaking of the constitution - I sure am hoping everyone knows by now that there are actually two of them. The first and original - and then the second with the substitution of the 13th amendment and elimination of 'The Titles of Nobility Act' which speaks directly to The BAR and when this truth becomes wildly understood will render most D.C. representatives guilty of treason...
Both Andy and Jordan are all too aware of this fact, I personally know someone that has 4 copies of the original constitution - and there are known others in existence as well. This all came to light originally in the 1980's quite by 'accident'

At any rate, alteration of a legal document renders it null and void so those who claim any "constitutional rights' of any sort really - are unfortunately just uninformed.

Some people are aware of these little-known facts, and perhaps the defendant of the most recent revelation of an American courts physical administration of torture was one of those.

Did you know that crossing over 'the bar' in a courtroom puts you into another jurisdiction.
Or, that responding to your all-caps name as a living being gives up any last rights you may have had.
In the case of this article, it was that very first question to the defendant when torture by electric shock was administered because he refused to submit.
Wondering why he didn't just plead the 5th...

The really disturbing part of this is that it was the bailiff who all too willingly complied with this judge's orders to inflict pain on another person.
Order-followers who are "just doing their job" is a big part of 'the problem' - and one I find to be most personally offensive. Like the guards at Auschwitz.
If I'd had one as a neighbor, and if I I knew what was going on - we sure wouldn't have been 'friends'.

Fortunately, because there is some honest reporting left in this world - we can hear about this incident here
http://www.thedailybell.com/news-analysis/judge-uses-electroshock-in-court-on-suspect-like-a-live-milgram-experiment/

The worst part is, its not the first time that its ever happened - here is an article from 2014 about another incident
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2018/03/07/judge-uses-electric-shock-defendant-3-times-texas-court-throws-out-conviction/404286002/

In both cases, the only reason that we're hearing about it is because of the Appeals that arose from this type of court behavior - and the decisions from the superior courts.
In the latest revelation, the poor defendant refused to participate in any more "hearings" after his first day of torture - and didn't even attend his own trial.

I'd never heard about this new use of coercion until today, have you? Of course we've all been aware of the various types of extractions used to obtain confessions used to date - the beating of suspects with rubber pipes for decades and making history in my hometown of Chicago, namely by a man who's promotion to commander I'd attended prior to his arrest - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Burge

Since then they've been using paper instead of pipes to do whats called "stacking" to extract those plea agreements and high conviction rates.

Still, it makes one wonder how prolific this type of treatment of inflicting physical pain is, especially since its going on in open court - and all those we haven't ever heard about - perhaps those poor souls who have no ability or knowledge of appeal.....doesn't it?
Besides the ignorant order-following bailiff, what about all of those other people in the courtrooms that day?
Hmmm.....lots of fluoride and other drugs have eliminated any of those human emotions most people used to have - once upon a time. They've deadened not only the immune system, but any ability of critical thought anymore - also.

How long do you think it might be before waterboarding is allowed - even in prisons. It'd sure make life 'easier' for the captors - wouldn't it?

Check out the new CIA director who has quite a bit of waterboarding experience, just appointed today...
