These are the Daily Top 10 Trending posts on Steemit.
But why is this important?
It forms a history of what was deemed important enough to be included in the first posts new visitors see on the Steemit Platform. Yes, it's our advertising to the world so we'd better hope it's good.
But as a twist I'm also going to reveal if those posts are using self-promotion to get to the front page.

Well done Steemit you've managed to curate some good content today and it would be a perfect score if it wasn't for the two legacy self-upvoters from yesterday.
Which brings me to the real problem. @jerrybanfield continued to upvote his post yesterday and now even important messages for the community can't push on top of the Trending List.
And what makes it worse is this bad actor is only a few spots from being a Top 20 witness. So expect to see more posturing near the top of trending in coming days as he tries to get himself over the line and on easy street.
