To stay balanced in times of stress, I find it helpful to take a few deep breaths and remind myself to stay in the present moment and to focus on what I can control. I also practice mindfulness and positive self-talk to keep myself grounded and to stay focused on the solutions rather than the problems. Taking a break to do something I enjoy, such as reading or listening to music, can also help to reduce stress. Additionally, I make sure to get enough sleep, eat a healthy diet, and exercise regularly to keep my body and mind healthy in times of stress.
