TCS is an organization which follows it's core values at priority. It takes care of employees through various internal programs such as SAFETY FIRST, TCS CARES etc.
TCS won't generally fire any of it's employees, the most can happen is you would be getting warning and would have submit signed apology letter to HR department. So the chances of getting fired in TCS are very rare.
Now coming to real question, there are still cases when you can get fired immediately. Few of those are:
Sexual Harassment
there are very strong chances of your termination from TCS if you are found guilty in any kind of sexual harassment cases.
Data Breach
If you are caught in any kind of data breach from TCS to any of the unauthorized third party, you would be terminated immediately. One of such incidents took place in 2018.
Unauthorized use of camera
Though photography is prohibited inside TCS premises, even though it's not that strictly followed. But there are few projects where clients impose extra security restrictions like
no use of camera
inside odc.
So if you are caught using camera in such cases, there are strong chances that you would get terminated immediately.
