一波趋势达到200%的收益，在震荡中损失20%
规避的方法有两种：
1，判断趋势与震荡，震荡的时候不做
2，不判断趋势与震荡，从更高一级的趋势上统一处理，留足风险存量，轻仓止损

3，使用期权等工具，以大搏小
