It's so true. I have been actively steeming 10 days now. If you want to pick up $20/day this is possible. Thank you for the post comments don't really get much attention. You actually have to read the post and make a comment that is relevant to the subject manner. The best part of doing this is that you will start communicating first hand with the people that helped to create this platform and further your chances of success by building relationships.

It is all about networking. It wouldn't be any fun if we didn't make friends in the process, we'd burn out. I've been tweeting on twitter for a long time and nobody ever paid me. I have plenty of friends on that platform that I have never met but communicate with all the time. I consider some to be good friends. We've helped each other out.

I will be implementing your theory as I will be having a "steemit workshop" this Thursday in a Starbucks in Cancun, Mexico. I have a question though ...doesn't the amount of reward you get for posting a blog or comment somewhat proportionate to your ranking score? i have noticed that commenting is not only good for the 20 dollar you are talking about, but also for getting to know people. some interaction gives you an idea of people who are interesting to follow and who are interested in following you.

There is a limit to how many times you can post a day, I think it's 4 then any earnings you have made from any of the posts you forfeit them.
Three would be the most you would really want to do so that you don't go over and give out good quality posts.

@trevonjb I fully agree with that assumption that earning $20 per day only by leaving comments is possible. But to be fully honest I'm pretty sure, that to achieve that you may need to spend more time than posting and earn the same. It, of course, depends on how popular you are on Steemit and how engaging your posts are for others but considering an average, not a fresh user, in my opinion, posting may be the easier way to achieve $20 per day. I may be wrong, but I think every person who watched your film should at least consider this point of view.

So, you have over 1000 followers, yet you follow only 12 people!?! Hmm, the more I see on STEEMIT the less I am interested. I am going to look for another platform like this. Thanks for the advice @trevonjb I completely agree with you. Comments are a great way to earn on the Steemit network. You don't have to post content if you can't but nothing is stopping you from commenting on other peoples posts. Keep up the awesome work buddy :)

I realized this pretty quickly but I did not know that those with greatest steem power would show up first in a list :-O Thank you for that.
I don't want to kiss a bunch of whale ass, but it's disheartening when you spend time on content and no one reads it. I will search for some like-minded whales to keep it real, no need to bait all of them.
