Broccoli Cheddar is probably my favorite soup there is even though I don't eat it as much as others. I tend to like hearty soups. Anytime you can have soup, and only soup for dinner, it need to be high quality. Fresh ingredients is key to the recipe.

  • In a stockpot, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion in butter until softened.
  • Reduce heat, and stir in cheese cubes until melted. Mix in milk and garlic powder.
  • In a small bowl, stir cornstarch into water until dissolved.
  • Stir into soup; cook, stirring frequently, until thick.

I don't have soup very often in the spring/summer time.

Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables.

Off the soup.

Panera Bread serves broccoli cheddar up just right.

It's been really cold out lately. Hot broccoli cheddar sounds perfect on a cold one like today.

Might have to get some today, it's freezing!

Definitely my favorite kind of soup.

Panera Bread is where it's at when it comes to broccoli cheddar soup.

Could sure use a hot bowl of soup right about now.

This looks very healthy i have to say...but it doesnt look too inviting
