Today I went to court, to file the 2 orders of Protection. I know I said I did that before, but actually, I got there too late. They only take new orders between 8am and 9am... WTF ???? So I had to go home, get a bunch more threats from Homeless Joe, realize that Joe has a key to my apartment and has come in and messed with the lights on the Fish Tank for which I called the cops at 630pm - and they arrived at 11pm... HOLY SHIT!!! Good thing I rely on God not on their foolish ideas of Truth and Service...at which point when they arrived they told me they could not do anything about Joe...

My neighbor switched locks with me last night, so that IF Joe has a key, he cannot get in to my apartment. I feel a lot safer now.

Today I got up at 6 and went to court, arriving at 730 am. First, when I got into the office, the court whatever poo-ba told me that as I don't have a date of birth for Joe - I can't file for a CIVIL order against him. I would have to file a CRIMINAL ORDER.

Next, because I can't file a CIVIL order against Joe, the Judge said that I am not in immanent danger because William is in the psych ward and she had to exclude everything about Joe because I don't know his date of birth.

Nice! I got 9 more threatening messages from Joe today. Why? Because I opened the mailbox at 7am and found Joe's Social Security Check in there, so I wrote "Return to Sender, Address Unknown" and put the letter back in the mailbox. Joe, and the upstairs neighbors began threatening me to get the check.

Joe even offered to trade me the check for the "eviction papers" he thinks he is meeting me in court to file on Monday. I was never served!!!

Meanwhile I am just grateful that William did not get out today.
