Hello Steemians, I have visited my friend in another district and we went to a restaurant called Sod-Chuen. The restaurant is located in Doi Tau District, Chiang Mai province. It's not far from my house. I drove around 15 minutes to this place. The popular dessert in this restaurant is Bingsu. I ordered Kiwi Bingsu milk and My friend, she ordered Cantaloupe Bingsu chocolate.
สวัสดีค่ะทุกคน วันนี้โรสได้มีโอกาสไปแวะทานบิงซูกับเพื่อนที่ร้านชื่อ สดชื่น ร้านตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลบงตัน อำเภอดอยเต่า จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โรสอยู่อำเภอฮอด ซึ่งหมู่บ้านของโรสเป็นเขตติดต่อกับอำเภอดอยเต่า ขับรถห้านาทีก็ถึงบ้านเพื่อนที่อยู่อำเภอดอยเต่า เพื่อนแนะนำร้านและพาโรสไปทาน ร้านนี้เปิดได้ประมาณสามปีแล้ว มีบิงซูหลากหลายรสให้เลือก เช่น บิงซูทุเรียน บิงซูกล้วย บิงซูแตงโม ในภาพโรสและเพื่อนสั่งบิงซูกีวี่และบิงซูแคนตาลูป
Bingsu is composed of ice shavings and various ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, and various fruits such as mango, strawberries, kiwi, and bananas, durian, etc.
And another popular food is Papaya salad in a big plate. Besides, there are cucumber salad and santol salad. There are many fruits shake and ice cream as well. I and my friend we ordered Papaya salad in a big plate with noodle, deep-fried pork skin, pork sausages, and pickled eggs and chips. We have enjoyed food and dessert very much.
นอกจากบิงซูแล้ว ที่ร้านก็มีอาหารประเภทยำและส้มตำให้เลือกทาน มีน้ำผลไม้ปั่นและไอศครีมด้วยค่ะ เมนูที่เป็นที่นิยมของร้านคือ ส้มตำถาด ภายในถาดประกอบด้วย ส้มตำกุ้งและปู แคบหมู หมูยอ ไข่เค็ม ไข่เยี่ยวม้า และมันฝรั่งทอด ส้มตำอร่อย บิงซูก็หวานสดชื่นดีค่ะ น้ำแข็งละเอียดนุ่มลิ้นมากๆ บรรยากาศของร้านก็ดีใช้ได้ค่า
