I had their delegation removed, they already were nothing more than 15 accounts doing a 2 cent downvote combined. Now without the delegation for new accounts, they do nothing at all.
There is not much that can be done, they don't post, they don't comment, they only flag but all 15 accounts have a combined 6-7 Steem Power. Their votes don't even register as they are counted as dust votes. You can see they were placed but they have no impact on the financial rewards of your posts.

There is something I find both baffling and hilarious about these guys. Like someone seriously needs a hug. I get their pride was hurt in the first place when it was pointed out they were using stolen artwork, but they have just gone crazy with it. I have kinda concluded if they wana keep bashing their head against this brick wall, at least it keeps them busy. They are putting so much effort into it, and it just falls flat. It is much better than them actually focusing their effort. Although I suppose you have to admire their tenacity, this has been dragging on and on. On the plus side (cos I will always find it) I have learnt loads about the platform, and come across some great people through the force of unity that has come out to rebuff them. <3
I also find it really funny I made their list. At least in their 'collective-punishment' fire into the crowd they hit me, and not a new user who would be put off the platform by them. I have never flagged anyone, but have a personal connection to someone who has, and have been pretty high on their rankings at points. I really enjoyed your amusing rebuttal and call to arms. The efforts are working, I am so grateful for everyone who had contributed.
