In order to understand what was going on and what the reasons behind these suits were, you're going to have to open your eyes and actually read some of those docs. Who was actually doing the suits and on whose behalf... Who funded it ? Why ?

That is correct, it wasn't. It helped thousands of low income families in the NY area. Not just "colored". You're catching on :)

Cmon now, read and understand. Think for yourself. NY's constitution has no Bill of Rights ya know ? Or did your masters not tell you that ?
Laws had to be changed in order to assure actual fair housing in NY like other states. All well documented facts and championed by black community leaders at the time.
Had they not been changed NYC would be much like London is today, likely was the plan. Certainly wouldn't be any low income housing available..
You can choose not to know the facts if you wish, but not many are joining you in that endeavour, not as many as you'd like us to believe :)
