All 34 charges appear to be variations on the same thing... Essentially record keeping violations related to the otherwise legal nda.
I was already convinced this indictment will help Trump win the primary. But after seeing more specifics, I'm thinking that assuming he's the nominee, it'll help him in the general as well.
I've never supported or voted for Trump, and can't imagine any scenario that I would. But things I dislike even more than him are political prosecutions, weaponization of of the rule of law, selective enforcement, and basic unfairness and corruption.
Independents by and large understand, or will, that these charges wouldn't have been brought against the average person in the same situation, by a DA who literally campaigned politically for the position on a platform of using the judicial system against him.
This doesn't make me a Trump supporter, but it makes me sympathetic.
