6-3 SCOTUS along ideological lines unsurprisingly says Trump has immunity only for official acts. Absolute immunity for core constitutional acts and the presumption of immunity for other official acts.
Remands it to the lower courts to determine what charges are allowed. We are going to get a mini-trial instead of the actual trial before the election.
Loss for Trump on the immunity question (he wanted absolute immunity on everything), but a win on delay.
Note he's being prosecuted for many unofficial acts.
