Remember when National Review was anti-Trump for all of 5 seconds in 2016? I don't know how you read the January 6th indictment and think it is undermining the rule of law. They disingenuously frame it as protected speech, ignoring the many criminal actions taken by Trump and his co-conspirators in the plot.
What is deeply ironic here as well is that National Review didn't support a Senate conviction of Trump for this conduct- they thought he should be censured instead. Now they are saying that only Congress has the right to pursue a case against Trump for his actions as President.
This isn't undermining the rule of law. Biden didn't indict Trump here. A DC grand jury did.
