Trump's travel ban gets new life from the Supreme Court.

The US Supreme Court cleared most of President Trump’s travel ban to take effect immediately and agreed to hear arguments in the fall. The court made one exception: it said the ban “may not be enforced against foreign nationals who have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States." The Justices’ action came on the last day of their current term, before they take a three-month summer break. The action means that Trump's administration may impose a 90-day ban on travelers from Libya, Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen and a 120-day ban on all refugees entering the United States, with the exceptions noted by the court.
