I love how conservative leaning news media nowadays is just a straight runway for the likes of Trump and Samuel Alito to peddle nonsense.
This is something I've changed on in recent years. I used to think there was public value in seeing what our politicians were saying and thinking no matter how terrible. They were after all in positions of power regardless of if we saw them or not. But I think that undervalues the costs of platforming them. Especially for Trump it is absurd. If people want to know what Trump is thinking just go to Truth Social. The former president has no shortage of ways to get his speech out. There's no reason to give him more platforms or more legitimacy, especially uncritically.
