    i have seen and heard many of her interviews over the years. there is so much to keep track of. diet is among the highest priorities. then, there are so many subsets of that. sometimes i reel from the magnitude of it all. one at a time, i guess.

    thanks for waking people up, however you can. the Trivium and Quadrivium works for me.
