It's a long weekend here in Malaysia... We have been on holiday since Thursday... Our Merdeka Day (Independence Day, 31 August)...
Then Friday is Hari Raya Haji, also known as Eid al-Adha, "Sacrifice Feast", is the second of two Muslim holidays celebrated worldwide each year, and considered the holier of the two. (quoted from Wikipedia).
Saturday and Sunday as usual our weekend... And Monday is a special public holiday declared by our PM due to our athletes had done a superb job surpassing the SEA Games medal target...
So it's really a super long weekend for all of us in Malaysia!!! (^.^)/ What are your plans for the long long weekend?
Since it's also the school holiday, we are having family activities... Thursday we went for a movie... The girls were so happy when they found out Daddy was bringing them for "The Emoji Movie"...
Halley loves JailBreak the most... Especially when she found out JailBreak was the Princess...
Ryenne loves the cat with the hearts eye... Why? Because she had an exact toy plushie from the McD Kids Meal... She also loves Gene, she calls him as the multi faces Emoji...
Vinnie... Her love is for Gene too... She and her sister Ryenne love the Emoji Pop...
Ok, Sorry if you haven't watch the movie, you may have no idea what I am talking about... But if you have children and you are planning a movie and you dunno which one, maybe this is a good choice...
Before the movie, both Halley and Ryenne joined an art and craft session making our Malaysian Flag (Jalur Gemilang).
MyTown is a good place to visit if you have children... They always have the free art and craft session during the weekend... Of coz there's a limit every session... We were lucky that day coz we were the last participants... There's only one last set of material left. So both Halley and Ryenne shared making one flag...
FYI , MyTown is linked to IKEA Cheras... At the Smaland IKEA, our children get to play for free for an hour... Halley and Ryenne love playing inside... Children get to do coloring, drawing, playing balls, watching cartoons, etc... So Daddy and Mommy, you can leave your little ones for an hour in the Smaland and two of you can enjoy some time together...
Daddy has plans for Saturday and Sunday too... So I will be out during the day time... Hopefully by the time everyone is asleep at night, I still have the energy to write...
Ok... Have to go off now.. It's half an hour past midnight, going out in the morning... The girls are very excited about our trip... Not gonna tell you now.. Let this be a secret until my next post...

There is this compilation of videos clips of our sea games atheletes whereby controversial golds are awarded...hmn....makes me think did we take short cut to win the medal tally.
