Tug of War Number Game Winners.

First of all i would like to congralute all the winners of my first ever game

All participants was manually judge and as i've seen there's people who did not follow the proper instructions, so meaning to say they are not qualify to have the winning prize, and some of them did not vote 100%, so therefore they only recieve the prize but will deducted to the percentage of their vote and the rest are equally divided into the people who voted with the voting power of 100%.

As you can see total numbers of votes are 13 people who participate, and number 1 is lesser than the number the last rule of my post as i said the lesser vote for this contest will call as a winners, please let me know if i done it incorrectly you visit the old one if you want.
