In my opinion there's no relation between the Tulip mania a way back in history in the Netherlands (middle ages ) and the current (crypto-era) like alot of anti-crypto groups claim about cryptocurrency.
Tulip mania was a period in the Dutch Golden Age during which contract prices for some bulbs of the recently introduced and fashionable tulip reached extraordinarily high levels and then dramatically collapsed in February 1637.
although the flowers are beautiful.
and did you already knew that the current digital cryptocurrency (Gulden NLG) coin, (https://gulden.com) is a descendant of the florijn (florin) is distracted from flower/ flora> florijn. the gulden of the dutch middle ages.
