Selamat sore teman - teman steemian,kali ini saya akan memberitahukan manfaat lidah buaya atau nama latinnya aloe vera.
1.Menyembuhkan luka di kulit.
- cuci luka hingga bersih dan tidak keluar darah lagi.
- oleskan gel lidah buaya kebagian luka hingga merata.
2.Menyembuhkan sariawan. - untuk berkumur kalian dapat mengambil 2 sendol gel lidah buaya masukkan kedalam air dan gunakan untuk berkumur selama 1 menit, lakukan 2 kali sehari.
- gunakan lidah buaya secara langsung oleskan 2kali sehari sampai luka sembuh.
3.Untuk menyegarkan kulit. - gunakan gel lidah buaya sebagi masker ke seluruh tubuh dan biyarkan selama 30 menit.
- setelah itu bilas dengan air.
lakukan cara ini 2 kali seminggu.
4.Mengobati jerawat. - bersihkan muka terlebih dahulu dengan air.
- ke mudian oleskan gel lidah buaya ke bagian wajah yang berjerawat.
lakukan 2 kali sehari.
5.Menyembuhkan penyakit panu/penyakit kulit. - oleskan gel lidah buaya ke kulit yang ada panunya biarkan selama 10 menit.
- setelah itu bilas dengan air sampai bersih
- lakukan langkah ini 2 kali sehari hingga panu kalian hilang.
