Fish Cutlet

Ingredients

  1. Tuna in water- 2 cans
  2. Onion- 1 count; finely chopped
  3. Ginger- 1/2 tsp; finely chopped
  4. Bread crumps- 1 cup
  5. Eggs- 2
  6. Potato- 2
  7. Oil- as needed
  8. Salt to taste

Recipe

Cook the potato separately. Sauté onion and ginger. Drain the water from the tuna can and add the tuna to the pan. Sauté for about 4 min. Add the cooked potato to the pan, mash it well. Add salt to taste.

Make small patties and dip in the whipped egg first and then roll the patties in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the patties in medium heat until a golden brown on both sides.
