I haven't been playing much violin in the past couple weeks...
And I think it's because I needed to give myself that time in order to integrate what I've learned from the three ceremonies I did a couple weeks ago (Kambo, Ayahuasca, and Bufo). In doing those ceremonies, I was able to see my true, unlimited potential...and it was actually kinda scary! That knowledge led me to actually fear picking up my instrument again because I was afraid of not being able to play at what I now know is my true potential, as silly as that sounds.
This song @classical-music song, "Liebeslied" in German, directly translates to "Love Song", and was able to provide the comfort and good memories I needed to be able to pick up the violin again. I used to play this song a lot for weddings with my Mom accompanying me on piano. Playing it again made me realize that I've been missing that connection with my Mom. I've been struggling to communicate some of the changes I've been going through and the discoveries I'm experiencing with words. Maybe it's time for us to make some music together so that we can communicate using that common wavelength again.

Hi @jackieobermeyer, this was my second time heard you played violin. The first one was De Beriot Concerto IX in A minor and now this performance. You really talented in violin. I love how violin influence my emotion when listen to it. It sound classical. But i always worried with my hearing because it so close to my ear :P.
Wow, performed in few ceremonies. Mean you are very good with violin. I can imagine the beauty of the song when violin meet piano. Hope I lucky enough to catch the performance with your mom, oh yes, I love this song.. Can I request to have this song in duet play?

Yes, the violin and the piano together is a wonderful combination and I used to really enjoy making music with my mom. I'll see if I can get her to sit down with me to play this piece the next time I see her and I'll try to record it for you! :D

Haha yes, @oliviackl, we have played a lot of Christmas music together over the years. We usually had to start rehearsing it in the summer for the various concerts/performances we did together so that ruined some of the songs for us a bit. :/ :P I'll see what I can convince her to play with me though! :)

Now I understand where you talent is coming from. Your mom is a pianist! Does she have a Steemit account? It would be lovely to listen to her music too :) It would be also amazing to see you play together :) I think it could be a very emotional performance.
It doesn't matter that you struggle with words as you can show your emotions by playing your violin. You are a great player and I'm glad that you understood your potential. Sometimes realizing how much we can do and what we are capable of might scare us a bit but I'm glad that you took your violin in your hands and started to play again. You're born to play :)

You should have recorded a track before doing those therapies and this one. to notice the differences in the vibrations.

Ooo yes! That would have been an interesting experiment. I had a lot of other things on my mind before doing those therapies so I didn't get around to recording any violin, unfortunately. Maybe next time! :)
