The best of my country! Venezuela <3

Beaches, deserts, mountains, plains, rivers, forests, cities, bridges, lakes, monuments, Venezuela has everything to (even in times of crisis) travel, take care of and love it.

1 .Angel jump (Bolívar)
The symbol of tourism in Venezuela: world heritage of humanity, Guinness record for the highest waterfall in the world (979 meters), this great destination located within Canaima National Park is one of the places in Venezuela that served as inspiration for numerous books and movies like "UP".

2 . Los Roques (Dependencias federales)
Los Roques offers the most paradisiacal beaches of the Caribbean, with turquoise waters and white sand and an incredible marine diversity, ideal for traveling and diving.
In addition to its beauty, Los Roques National Park is an archipelago of numerous islands and is considered the largest marine park in the Caribbean with almost virgin coral reefs and a calm and warm sea, which makes it an excellent destination to visit In Venezuela.

3 .Isla de Margarita (Nueva Esparta)
Saying Isla de Margarita as a whole does not do it justice, since "the pearl of the Caribbean" has too many things to see and enjoy tourism. Not in vain for many top the list of tourist places in Venezuela for their trips, either in Ferry from Puerto La Cruz or by air.

It has 5 stops, where visitors can get off to appreciate impressive landscapes of the Andean mountains, one of the most beautiful tourist landscapes of Venezuela. The cable car allows anyone to climb up to the Espejo Peak in a matter of minutes, sometimes even touching the snow.

7 .Autana (Amazonas)
In this list of tourist sites in the 24 states of Venezuela could not leave out the impressive Autana. This sacred tepuy, considered as "The tree of life" for the piaroa is located in the Amazonas state, the least populated and known in the country.

Out of respect for the indigenous tradition during travel to this destination, it can not be scaled, but all those who have had the opportunity to see it say that it is an experience "from another world". It is only reached by river from Puerto Ayacucho, capital of the state.

8 .Bridge over the lake of Maracaibo (Zulia)
This is one of the tourist sites of Venezuela most deeply rooted in the national feeling. The best description of the Bridge over Lake Maracaibo is the well-known Zulian bagpipe that says: "When I go to Maracaibo and start to cross the bridge I feel an emotion so big that my mind becomes cloudy".

9 .Lightning of the Catatumbo (Zulia)
Another Guinness record and one of the famous places of Venezuela is in Zulia. Catatumbo lightning is the most powerful in the world and can be seen from hundreds of kilometers away, even though it occurs deep in Lake Maracaibo. It is a unique meteorological phenomenon on the planet, where 18 to 60 lightning strikes per minute occur for periods of up to 10 hours.
