I wanted to do this one ever since they announced the Octo Expansion ^^;
Gotta be honest only thing I knew about Biggie was that his portrait appears on Luke Cage's Netflix show lol
The portrait is very iconic, so when they announced the Octo Expansion and they showed Pearl and Marina dressed as Biggie and tupac I knew I had to do this one :D
