IBM text to speech.

Or click in the link

https://text-to-speech-demo.ng.bluemix.net/

Scroll down at "Voice Selection" and Select a Voice of you choose And Put you text below as in screenshot.

Now click "Speak", wait finish the audio and click Download.

Now you can put in youtube or soundcloud...
