Tales From The Loop Episode 4 focuses around the death of Russ, founder of The Loop and his grandson Cole.
This episode had an extra weird vibe. It didn't have the somber feel that most shows having when a character dies. I felt a lot of indifferent from most of our characters which I guess isn't out of place for the show but still felt weird. The only character that really cared was Cole, Russ' grandson.
Cole did embark on a rescue mission for Russ but was foiled by Loretta at the last minute before Cole could interact with the Eclipse. This was a weird scene mostly because later on in the show, as Russ dies, there is a clip of Russ entering into the Eclipse right around where Cole was about to touch it. Maybe he could have saved Russ after all?
