If you're a fan of The Bear (onto season two now), you should appreciate what some of us have been saying about property damage for years.

When a bunch of mouth breathers were burning down Kenosha because the media misreported the story of a suspected rapist getting shot while attempting to commit a kidnapping, and y'all figured that they were only hurting rich people, you were massively wrong.

It's not only that The Bear shows you the anguish that goes behind most of the businesses in this country -- they actually have more going for them than most businesses in this country.

So, when you burn down a building, or even just smash a window in anger, these are the people you're hurting.

You're not breaking Jeff Bezos's window. Most business owners don't have the money to repair that window without at least having to cut from something for a while.

Most of these business owners look like Carmen Berzatto or Bob Belcher.
