This episode wasn't very memorable. The federal agent owns Michael and gets him barred from City Hall so he won't talk to Charlie about the investigation. And when they do meet, he simply says he's compromised.
Michael does get to see his grandson, who's unusually quiet. Do the Baxters even know about him? Meanwhile Gina goes to grief counsel and seems to be looking for anger.
Charlie helps the drug godmother (who's at least bisexual) buy a jazz bar... next to the Baxter hotel.
Finally, Eugene ("Justin") is somewhere in Texas and his troubling drawings are drawing (!!) attention. I knew it wasn't the last of him.
