Tigger saying No while getting his nails cut

Hi Friends

While cutting my Cat Tigger's nails he kept protesting and saying "NO" It was too cute!!

  • No he does not bite nor will he hurt me
  • The tool I am using IS meant for cats (From Petsmart)
  • He is NOT in pain he just likes to whine
