If you don't want me to upvote, I guess I can comply. Though I don't really understand why.
My Steem Power seems less powerful since the upgrade, but I'm still able to upvote posts. I'm guessing it takes a full five days to recharge your mana, or whatever.

Still trying to figure out what they mean by Voting Power and Mana! Seems I am draining by Mana! It's better we get a clear ideas about this new resource credit mechanism and when we get an idea yeah we can vote each other! Thank you friend!
