My Top 10 TV series for 2017 is:

1. Lucifer

This series is about the devil who is bored and decides to take a vacation on earth. I like this series because he is just messing around.  

2. The blacklist

About an ex-CIA agent who is on the top of the most wanted list when he walks in to the CIA head office to “Surrender”. Raymond "Red" Reddington is always three steps ahead of the rest. But what does Red want the most in life?  

3. Peaky Blinders

Series about a gangster family in 1919 Birmingham, England. Classic clothes, english accent, fighting, guns and alcohol, what does a man want more?  

4. Westworld  

Westword is a place where millionaires can go on vacation to re-live the old Wild West. The park Westworld is outfitted with robots that look, and act, just like humans. Murder, rape, everything is permitted. Plus, some brilliant action by Antony Hopkings.

5. Narcos

When you drown in money, you go looking for something else… A series about the Colombia's most notorious drug cartels.  

6. American Gods

A little bit weird at first, addictive in the middle and at the end you are glad that you have seen it.  

7. Taboo

Tom Hardy, do I need to say more? Tom acts as James Delaney in this series. Delaney has come back from slave trading for the East Indian Company. When back in his home towns, he inherits a piece of land in America, which so happens to be a critical pass for the trading route to Asia. Delaney must outsmart the powerful East Indian trading Company who is keen to take his heritage from him. As normally, Tom Hardy’s character seems to suffer from mental illness, which makes you doubt if he can do it.

8. The profit

The profit has been around for a while, but I discovered it in 2017. All crypto investors (or crypto gamblers) should love this show. It’s about a venture capitalist who invests in dying businesses, through his always perfect behavior and logic he convinces people and builds business. It won’t take long until your convinced that the deserves to earn this ridiculous amount of money.  

9. Marco Polo  

Tells the story of the great Marco Polo and the mighty Kublai Khan. Not the most eventful series, but certainly a nice story. Don’t forget to watch the mini-series about Thousand Eyes.  

10. The Good Doctor

Series about an autistic boy who is an extremely talented surgeon. This series is good because it is extremely well written, and which makes you witness emotion you did not know you had.
