1.Drinking hot lemon water can prevent cancer.Dont add sugar. hot lemon water is more beneficial than cold lemon water
- Both yellow and purple sweet potatoes have good cancer prevention properties.

- Cook tomatoes has better healing properties than the raw tomatoes.
