I thought I had already uploaded this one to here, but I suppose not. I usually make music with vocal lines in them, but this is one of the few that I made purely instrumental. I made this one around 2009 or something like that and I was using the program, Reason 5. I don't use Reason anymore because I'm a big fan of Ableton a lot more now, but it was neat because of it's loop tracks and such.
This song reminds me of how peaceful our lives tend to be when life is going the way we would hope, and then transitions you into the place that strikes when one's inner turmoil comes to the surface. When I first made this, I use to listen to the end segment on a loop when the song finished because it reminded me of something like you would hear at the end of a bitter sweet movie,, Like... the main characters find peace through their own demise, or something like that. Perhaps I'm looking into it too much. I'm not sure. Either way, I like the image that I found for this one. It captures the way I intended back in the day.
