“The way we spend our time defines who we are.” ~Jonathan Estrin
Without a doubt, everyone on this planet earth is allocated 24 hours a day, however, the primary distinction between the rich and poor is the way each person spends their time. I have gradually realized the majority of the rich people know how to make the most of their time and I want to share a few tips that can help us to get their too.
Have goals.
In life, the compass is more important than the clock, literally, it means you need to figure out the direction you want to go in and head that way. Honestly, you can only maximize your time if you know where you are going.Have a to-do list.
keeping a to-do list helps you to focus your attention on the most important task of the moment. In most cases, we have a lot of balls in the air that we forget to do important things. However, with a list, you are more organized with less stress.control procrastination.
The greatest thief this world has ever produced is procrastination, it kills a number of dreams and goals. I can't deny the fact that I sometimes want to procrastinate but what I do is I start the day with the task that drains me of energy so that I don't have to worry about it during the day.Take a breather.
A calm mind is an ultimate weapon against challenges. You can not be "on" all the time, so you need to relax and it is okay to rest so you can attain peak efficiency when you need it.
