In the fight against the use of weapon control, microblogging site 'Water Gun' emoji has been replaced by 'Pistol' on Twitter platform.

This change has been made as part of the latest TwimOzi 2.6 update. Along with this, 10 emoji has changed Twitter.

On a blog post, Twitter said, "Definitely it looks like emoji's day is like a real gun."

In 2016, the first teaser giant Apple made such changes in emoji. Then Facebook's under-mentioned messaging app WhatsApp and South Korean technology company Samsung took this step.

In recent years, due to some violence in the United States using guns, this new initiative has taken Twitter, it is said in the IANS report.

Apart from the pistol, there are emoji emotions - Kitchen Knife (kitchen knife), Crystal ball, Alembic, Magnifying glass (half glass), Coat, Aize (small) and Smiling Faces with Eyes and Horns (smiling eyes and horns).

Currently this update comes just in iOS, soon it is expected that the update will be brought to Android.
