Similarly to chess weight loss regime, I am losing weight while sitting at my laptop, coding.
I don't eat breakfast, and I do most of my work till noon, often working on hard, challenging problems.
This takes me into a very hungry mode by 1pm.
The first time a chess grandmaster told me they lose around 10-20 pounds during the course of a *single* tournament, my jaw was on the floor.
