저자의 기준으로 레저 및 관광분야로 묶고 있는데 그 첫번째 두바이 본사 소재 호텔회사인 Jumeirah Group에서 운영중인 호텔운영관련 아카데미를 소개합니다.

Overview
The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM) in Dubai is a specialized hotel school that offers business management degrees with a hospitality focus and the very first hotel school in the Middle East to offer internationally recognized degree-level courses.
EAHM is a diverse hotel school which currently has about 300 hospitality management students from 60 different nationalities.
