Lights in the sky?

Have any of you ever seen those circular balls of white light in the sky? The ones that are usually grouped in 3-6 and sometimes separate from eachother and formation fly in coordination, in the same proximity? I know I'm not crazy I've been in a car full of people and seen them before, not pulling the alien card but what the hell is it?
