The Phoenix Lights (Short Clip)

I've cut the clip out of full video on remove viewing the event that took place at Phoenix Lights, Arizona in 1997. In it an ET craft was seen to be hovering above the city, essentially being so big that the star sky was being blocked.

In this clip the remote viewer Dick Allgire talks with the ET that was inside the Phoenix Lights event craft.
