Visitin Uganda day 9
Uganda, 2018/04/01.
This morning we want to Watoto church near Mokuno.
It is a huge church with 3 services with each roundabout 2000 people on sunday morning. The worship-music was loud and good and full of spirit. The sermon was also very good and understandable.
After church we (10 persons) went for the first time with bodas some kilometers back to Mukono.
Bodas are motorbikes. The driver can take up to two other people on his bike. You drive without helmet right or left from the cars or on the pedestrian. It is a real advanture.
When we got of, my daughter has burned her leg on the machine. So we went to a pharmarcy to get something for her. After that we went to a market. Suddenly my daughter got faint and set on the floor. We brought her first into the shade and then into one of the shops. One person offered a matt, where she could ly on.
So my daughter and me lied/sat sat there. We sent the others away for shopping, because all my daughter needed was some rest.
While we sat there, I spoke to the people of the shops, if they know steemit. I gave them my first piece of paper, which I have created in the morning. (See also: bring it to the critical mass!)
We talked about what one can do on steemit and one guy registered directly. I hope to see him in the next time.
Meanwhile my daughter came back to herself and after half an hour we could go back to Vision for Africa via taxi. It started raining heavily.
In the afternoon I wrote the adventures from the last days into a word document in order to upload them to steemit. On the way to the Wifi-lounge I met a person that came from highschool. We chatted and when he asked me, where I was going to, I told him from steemit and gave him one of my papers. He was eager to hear more about it and so I skipped my upload-session. He wanted to register, but we tried in vein for about one hour to get proper Wifi. The lounch had too small internet because of the many users. So we bought some traffic for my SIM-Card, but my smartphone allows no other traffic than whatsapp (which I don't like). The name of the guy is James Mukisa, please welcome and help him after successfull registration.
In the evening we played poker with some friends here.
