OMG, there really are no words for what I witnessed while touring Ukraine. This is a pig that was just butchered as in fresh totally raw. Only a few moments in a smoke pit for the skin but as you'll see.. the meat is RAW. I was shocked beyond belief and no I do not eat this .. no way!
